How long does the shipping take?

We on lisasidenvintage will ship your order within 1-3 business days.

If you place your order on Friday after 13:00 in Swedish time, we will ship your order on Monday since postnord doesn't ship on weekends. Al the package is traceable ofc!

Sweden: 1-3 days

Europe: 4-8 days

USA: 4-8 days

Rest of the world: 10-12 days

Will I pay suites and taxes?

Taxes, duties and al charges is subject to your own country and will not be covered by lisasidenvintage

What happen if I lost my package?

We at lisasidenvintage is not responsible for any delays and lost packages.

But we always try to help you to find your items ofc if it would happen.

What is your return policy?

 We don't accept returns and exchanges.

Every item is special and second hand,  worn by another beautiful soul. Since second hand items are used by another means that it may have wear on it like, pilling, loosing threading, markings, discolorations, signs of wear.

if its something on the item that we haven't noticed and describe in the picture then we can look into a return or exchanges. It depends.

 

 If the item have some DAMAGE we will write that in the description on the picture.

we on lisasidenvintage is really picky on what we sell, every item have their own character so please, love the item, its ready to be loved by their other owner.

Ho is paying the return?

You pay the shipping by yourself and the item must be sent back to us in the original condition and unworn with a safe package.

When we gets your order back from a possible return, We will get your return processed and payment when it arrives to our office.
